BOOKING TERMS, AGREEMENT AND POLICIES
Each client must submit a prescreening questionnaire prior to the use of Colon Hydrotherapy and Holistic Health services.
A deposit and/or full payment is required to book our services.
If you cancel your appointment 24-hours in advance and require a refund, we charge a 5% processing fee. In order to receive a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a refund. This is the most efficient way for us to respond promptly to your request.
If you reschedule or cancel without a 24-hour notice the full amount is due for the time you reserved and a fee is charged to rebook our services. After 7 days the full amount is required to book.

TERMS AND POLICIES
Time is of essence. Appointments cancelled without a 24-hr notice is subject to a rescheduling fee up to the full cost of service.
If you are concerned that your availability may change at the last minute, causing you to cancel without giving a 24hr notice, we recommend that you call to check for same day availability instead of booking in advance. We will accommodate you if we have time on our calendar.
For Colon Hydrotherapy, your payment is applied to your account as a credit toward the service you selected. If you cancel 24-hrs in advance, you may request a refund via email@example.com within 7 days of your purchase or initial booking, less processing fee (5%). If you do not request a refund within 7-days of booking, your payment is credited to your account for the service booked and is non-refundable.
No Show or Late Cancellation: Your payment on file will be charged for missed appointments. To reschedule or cancel after 24hr courtesy period, please call, text or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email that confirms your cancellation. Although the full cost of service is applied to your account and/or card on file, if you reschedule within 7 days a minimum fee may be charged.
Time is of essence: If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may miss the time reserved for your session. Please call ahead if you think you may arrive beyond the 10 minute grace period. If you're more than 15 minutes a new appointment may be required with payment for that time.
Series Programs: Please understand that our series program is valid when sessions are used based on our program terms. This requires weekly sessions that must be completed within a designated time period. This means if you decide to delay, or reschedule sessions at a later time, outside of the designated time period, the discounted rate is no longer valid. The amount paid is applied to our regular single session rate. No other discounts will be valid. Unused credits will expire within 12 months of purchase. Refunds are not provided for canceled series that have already been used. No refunds are provided after 7 days of purchase. Please check with your healthcare provider prior to purchase/use of colon hydrotherapy.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL SERIES PROGRAMS, PACKAGES AND SPECIAL OFFERS HAVE A SPECIFIC EXPIRATION DATE. IF YOU DO NOT USE WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME, YOU WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL COST TO APPLY ANY UNUSED CREDITS AT THE REGULAR RATE FOR SERVICE.
No Show - No Call: We send emails and text reminders for each appointment you book with us. If you no show, we will charge the card on file for the balance due.
If you are uncertain about your use of colon hydrotherapy, we suggest you speak to your primary care provider prior to booking. All booking deposits and payments are non-refundable 7 days after initial purchase regardless of the reason. Additional fees/cost may be incurred with dormant or inactive accounts.
For virtual programs, classes, events and retail products all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Health & Safety: We are doing our part to reduce potential spread of any and all contagions or viruses. We employ strict disinfectant practices and protocols. Our lives depend on us using safe practices and protocols to protect the health of our staff and those we serve.
Mask are optional, however we reserve the right to request mask while other clients are present.
Social Distancing Sucks- We learn to adapt to the constant changes in our life time. Please keep in mind the personal space of others during your time with us.
Virtual Waiting Room: If you arrive WAY early, we kindly suggest you to wait in your car until your appointment time however you are welcome to come in to cool off, warm up, use the restroom, hydrate and shop if you desire.
Additionally, we request that you do not bring guest to your appointment unless they are booked for service, shopping with us or providing you the support you need for this life on earth.
Reschedule/Cancellation: To reschedule or cancel please refer to the email you received at the time of booking. Your booking email includes a link that will make rescheduling and cancellation simple and easy.
Contacting Our Facility: We love to talk to our clients and will answer all calls during business hours unless we're with a client or briefly unavailable. We are not able to respond instantly to each text message or voicemail however, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org to reach our staff on location and/or the company's virtual assistant.
We reserve the right to make changes to our policies to ensure we provide fair and efficient services and quality products to our clients.
*Specials Offers: If you have a coupon code, it is only valid at time of booking online. Coupons and special offers may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
